Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers has been serving up fresh, stone-baked pizzas made to order in an eclectic, art-filled, and family-friendly setting since 2009. Each Mellow is independently owned and operated, with a distinct atmosphere centered on excellent customer service and high-quality food. Mellow is a mental state, a culture, and a way of life. Our goal is to serve delicious food in a fun and creative setting. We invented hand-tossed, stone-baked classic southern pizza. Our spring water crust is distinctive and flavorful, and all of our pies are made with premium, fresh ingredients.
