Mellow Mushroom

Mellow Mushroom's founders opened their first restaurant because they saw pizza baking as an art form and wanted to share it with others. Mellow Mushroom on N College Street has two pet-friendly tables outside, so Fido can join you for a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad. The Holy Shiitake Pie, an olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil, is one of their most popular pies.
