It is undoubtedly a culture shock for anyone moving to the southwest after never having been there. Please keep in mind that since we are from a big city, moving to the Southwest was a totally different experience. No traffic, hooray, quiet nights when you can see the stars, and the serenity the SW brings—we fell in love immediately. We were relocating out here with our dog without any hesitation because we are animal lovers. We were certain that we would have no trouble obtaining her "special" cuisine as we started to settle in.
