In the 1960s, our family started keeping aquariums as a hobby, and in 1972, we launched our first pet shop. Fish Gallery & Pets was the previous moniker used when Sierra Fish & Pets first debuted. We began as a single store and gradually grew to four full-line pet stores located around the Seattle Metropolitan Area. In 1995, we purchased Blue Sierra Exotics, a fish-only saltwater specialty store with a focus on saltwater and freshwater aquariums. Out of this site, we also began and ran our mobile in-home aquarium services.

Petco is a leader in the health and wellness industry, committed to enhancing the quality of life for dogs, pet owners, and our own Petco partners.

In Seattle, Washington, Pet Pros was first established in 1986. Since then, our business has expanded from a single location in North Seattle to 18 locations across Washington, making us one of the biggest independent pet supply merchants in the Pacific Northwest. We value establishing connections in the community where we live, and we'll keep striving to expand farther in the Northwest since we adore this region.
