He began operations in a modest structure in Pennsville, New Jersey, with just his wife Vicki Tepper and him. After six months, he concluded the building was simply too small, so he relocated to a half-duplex down the street. After another six months, we had expanded once more. The duplex was combined into one structure. The "Pennsville Aquatics and Pet Center" ran its enterprise here for ten years. During this time, we accumulated a helpful, knowledgeable staff as well as many wonderful, devoted clients. We thought it was time for the largest shift we had ever made after ten years.
