CoolPetStuff.com is a small, family-run business. It was founded in 1998 when the founder identified a need to provide pet owners like himself with a variety of things not often accessible in a typical pet store.We've seen significant growth since focusing more on eCommerce a few years ago, and we're glad that it's largely due to repeat business and recommendations, thanks to our aggressive pricing and excellent service. Over time, we have and will continue to significantly increase our product offerings. We have over 95% of everything we sell in stock, and most orders are shipped the same day if placed by late afternoon (central time). The rare non-stock items (custom made to order and special order items) that ship directly from manufacturers or other locations are noted in the product listing, along with their estimated delivery periods.
