Our Pet Counselors are trained frequently and take great pride in what they do. This feature, together with the high caliber, wide selection, and genuine affection for animals, are what give Petland its reputation. Our Pet Counselors place a lot of emphasis on educating people about pets. This knowledge enables customers to make educated decisions that enhance both their own and their dogs' quality of life.

 The company was founded in 2013 as an online retailer. We collaborate with a few specialized boutique companies that offer distinctive goods for both pets and the parents of pets. We only collaborate with the best bakeries, designers of apparel and toys, producers of grooming and spa goods, and others. All spoiled dogs are invited to shop with their owners in our store, which is located on the main level of the Olde Towne Mall, a pet-friendly shopping area. If it's not available in our shop, you can order it from our website and pick it up in person, have it mailed to you, or have it delivered online.

Local businessmen Jack Isley and Dick McCann were employed at Case Feed in downtown Janesville in the late 1970s. They made the decision to separate and found their own business, and so they opened Jack & Dick's in a modest warehouse on Jackson Street. The business used to be across the street from the warehouse.  

 Our Orfordville store is situated in the Orfordville Business Park, directly on Highway 11. Both locations provide a large assortment of animal food. Our Janesville store is situated on Highway 14 in the unincorporated town of Leyden at the intersection of 14 and County Highway H. Large animal feeds, pet food, premium bird seeds, salt for water softeners, and wood pellets are among our products. We offer a variety of small and large animal products in addition to farmhouse-style furnishings.
