Early on, Mud Bay offered a small selection of almost everything, including locally produced hog feed, fertilizer, hay, pop tarts, and folk art. The shop also suffered a loss. Lars, Elsa's son, joined Mud Bay as its third employee in 1989 after realizing that his mother couldn't afford for the company to fail. In 1993, Marisa, Elsa's youngest child and a recent MBA graduate from Holland, returned and joined the effort.

We adore spending time with our pets, just like you do! To help you find the supplies you need for your pets quickly, easily, and conveniently, Reber Ranch opened a new pet supply store called Pet Central. 

Pets are more than just house guests. They are kin. When we watch our favorite pet's tail wagging, we are reminded of the irreplaceable, unwavering affection we have for them. We exist to keep our families together, so we also understand the crippling terror that results from their not returning.
