They decided on the name Dolittle's after a short period of time. They had a plan by the time they got to New York: natural foods, unusual toys, and a self-service dog wash. The two then ventured into every pet store they could find. They used their trip to Quebec and back to do sketches, design items, and gather ideas. When they got home and told their loved ones about their joy, the realistic response was: "That sounds fantastic, but what will you do?"
