Smithland Pet Centers in Massachusetts, originally known as Dave's Soda & Pet City, uses the same inventory and staff as before, and generations of clients have trusted us with their pets' health and well-being.

We recognized the importance of focusing on health and our pets, so we left corporate employment to supply the greatest quality pet items we could discover, including our own handcrafted pet snacks and pupcakes baked right here in Connecticut. We attempt to work with only respectable organizations and prioritize local businesses. Our team, our clients, and our never-ending hunt for all things pet keep us going for years to come.

 Hello, our names are Ann and Paul Fryer, and we launched our first business in Farmington, Connecticut, in 2012. Green Dog Market was the original name of the company, but we wanted the flexibility to expand to a larger range of animals in the future, rather than simply dog and cat goods. The store was originally located in a small area in Farmington Center. We realized we needed to grow and broaden our product offerings after five years. So in 2017, we relocated to a former BBQ restaurant a mile down Farmington Avenue.
