PCs Pantry was founded by Mary Lee in a modest house on Walnut Street in Boulder in 1998. ALL dogs and cats have been welcome to join their guardians and roam inside PCs since the beginning. In general, this works well; nevertheless, there are some stormy moments until the four-legged ones discover that rewards will be freely given.
