We established this outreach campaign in the aim of reducing the number of animals in shelters. In assisting owners at the start, when they may feel compelled to relinquish their furry buddy, in overcoming feelings of powerlessness, not understanding what services are available, and in providing education.We want pet owners to know that help is available, and we hope to do everything we can to keep their beloved pets out of shelters. We understand that there are instances when there is no other option; we wish to assist those in need and provide them with a sense of comfort and optimism.
