 Each of the three business owners brought a special set of skills to the table: Patrick has a strong background in retail and customer service, Samantha has experience working with animals and providing excellent customer service, and Cynthia has the moxie and the bookkeeping know-how. The trio decided to establish their modest, customer-focused pet business in October 2008 after years of planning.
