Oysters and Biscuits is a small plate of fresh gulf oysters smothered in a mushroom, bacon, and sherry-cream sauce and served over homemade buttermilk biscuits. If you're feeling particularly peckish, try the Shrimp and Grits, which features Gulf shrimp sauteed with tomatoes, onions, carrots, ham, mushrooms, and spinach and served over Oak View Farms stone-ground grits in an orange-bourbon broth.
