Josie's

Christy and John Wheat, two successful restaurateurs, founded Josie's Mediterranean café. Simp McGhee's, a neighborhood eatery on Bank Street in Decatur, Alabama, is owned by a local couple. Since its conception, "Simp's" (as the locals refer to it) has been the top casual fine dining establishment in Decatur, Alabama. Simp's was first established by Jenny Lind and Robert (Bobby) Riddle in 1986. Christy Wheat bought the restaurant in 2005 after working her way up through Simp's management ranks from server to manager to owner.
