Mellow Mushroom's founders opened their first restaurant because they saw pizza baking as an art form and wanted to share it with others. Mellow Mushroom on Inverness Cors has six pet-friendly tables outside, so Fido can join you for a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad. The Holy Shiitake Pie, an olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil, is one of their most popular pies.
