The idea behind MELT is straightforward: a contemporary take on a tried-and-true comfort dish. The cuisine is delicious and the menu is understandable. Going back to the fundamentals makes sense in a certain way. People smile when they eat grilled cheese sandwiches. The MELT menu offers something for everyone, whether it's a simple grilled cheese, a burger with Matilda sauce, or a hot Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Along with offering a variety of vegan cheeses, fresh veggies, and gluten-free bread, we also satisfy the needs of vegetarians and vegans. We use as many local items as we can and aim for perfection.
