Dog licensing, low-cost spay/neuter programs, and vaccination services are just a few of the many services provided by Moreno Valley Animal Services.

The TNR program at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter, which has been in place since 2015, humanely captures feral cats and performs spay and neuter surgeries to lessen male cats' odor and noise, decrease rodent populations in neighborhoods, and help control the cat population in Moreno Valley.

Assemblymember Kelly Seyarto and the California Association of Nonprofits are pleased to announce that Animal Friends of the Valleys has been chosen as the 2021 California Nonprofit of the Year! One of the NGOs that will be recognized for their outstanding contributions to the communities they serve by their state senators and assemblymembers is Animal Friends of the Valleys.
