The biggest play of the ACC football game between the University of Miami and Appalachian State University on Saturday night occurred in the stands when numerous fans banded together to help a suffering feline fan.
A tiny animal was dangling from the upper deck, which was observed by the enthusiastic students, many of whom were attending their first-ever home game. Some admirers mistook it for a dog, while others close mistook it for a child.
A black and white cat dangling from the upper deck of Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens was seen on video. The cat clutched a piece of fabric on the railing with its claws. Fans rushed down to assist, but the cat eventually crashed into the seats below.
Fortunately, the cat was captured by gamegoers using a US flag as a rescue cover.
