At a downtown event, pets dress up in Christmas costumes
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — The 13th annual Pet Parade, as well as the new Pups in the Pub Party, returned to Gaslamp Quarter this year.
Andrea Niebla remarked, "I watched Lion King, I saw all kinds of stuff." "Are we intended to be here, or are we underdressed?"
At Sunday's event, you might see anything from a caroling dog to fluffy little elves to a wicked dog.
