Human and pet exposure to a raccoon with rabies in Easthampton on Monday is being investigated by health officials.
On Friday, the Easthampton Department of Health received notification of one human and two household pets being exposed to the sick wild animal. The raccoon tested positive for rabies, according to results from a state testing agency released on Monday.
