Pageo Lavender Farm

One of Turlock's two dog parks, it contains a fenced-in section for little dogs and a fenced-in area for large dogs, as well as a dog drinking fountain. A big grass field and a play area are shared by this park. However, the surrounding environment is dangerous.

At R.A.M. Farms Pumpkin Patch, dogs are encouraged to join in the excitement of picking out a pumpkin or meandering through the corn maze. Simply keep Petzooie on a leash at all times and clean up after him.

The Dry Creek Track is a multi-use trail in Modesto that is perfect for walking Petzooie! A parking lot with easy access to the Dry Creek Trail is shown on the map below.

Modesto's Elk Park / Modesto Dog Park is a dog-friendly recreation facility. This fenced-in area is an excellent place for your dog to socialize, exercise, and even learn a few new skills. This fun park is popular with the locals since it has bone benches for people to sit on. Dog owners are encouraged to tidy up after their pets and to keep their dogs on a leash on the park's pathways. Elk Park / Modesto Dog Park is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.

Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is trying to establish a countrywide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, and the Modesto Virginia Corridor (Open stretch) is one of 1600 rail-trails endorsed by the group. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Modesto!
