The Jaws Skatepark in Ernest Eikel Park in New Braunfels, Texas, is a skateboarding Mecca within sight of Interstate 35 between Austin and San Antonio. The Jaws Skatepark offers a variety of skateboarding terrain to suit all ability levels. A big flow bowl with roll in, an over-vertical pocket, and a spine feature connecting to the park-style street course are among the park's highlights. A duplicate swimming pool with sharper transitions and is designed for the area's big pool skating community. Along a winding road, a snake run has a built-in micro ramp, pump bumps, and other elements. The multi-level street course features vast planting areas with palm trees and about every skateboarding feature imaginable.

3. Mission Hill Park

The ten-acre Mission Hill Park is located at 2100 Independence Drive. In 2012, the land was given to the New Braunfels Park Foundation. The site is held in trust for the City of New Braunfels as a future public park by the Foundation.

Residents of New Braunfels' corporate city limits who play disc golf, basketball, or tennis at Prince Solms Park can purchase a Prince Solms Sports Pass that allows them to park at the park from May 1st to Labor Day. The pass costs $40.00 and lasts two (2) seasons. Pass holders must display their pass on their vehicle dashboard and spend the duration of their visit on one of the three courts.

Puppy Playland Dog Park is divided into three sections: one for tiny dogs, another for large dogs, and a third for agility. Fencing, a water fountain for humans and dogs, three covered pavilions, dog waste stations, and parking are all part of the dog park's design. Owners of dogs must be responsible for their pets at all times while at the park and must adhere to the restrictions outlined below.
