All costs go towards keeping and improving the dog parks.
Each dog park charges a daily fee of $2 for Kenosha County residents and $5 for non-residents. Each dog park has daily fee envelopes and collecting boxes, and visitors are requested to retain a tear-off tab from the envelope on their person while using the dog parks.

In the Morningside neighborhood, Hilfiker Park is a neighborhood park. Despite the fact that it is described as undeveloped, the local community has assisted in the completion of early improvements since it was purchased by the City of Salem as park space in 2003.

This enclosed dog park, which offers separate spaces for little and large canines, is popular with pets who enjoy playing off-leash. Bring plenty of water.
