Crow-Hassan Park Reserve

Dogs can run and play in the Crow-Hassan Park Reserve's 40-acre unfenced canine off-leash area. Off-leash play time provides a dog with exercise and socialization, which helps to maintain its mental and physical health.

Canines can run and play in Elm Creek Park Reserve's 29-acre fenced dog off-leash area, which also has a separate area for small and weak dogs. A protected wetland pond is also available. The 30-acre fenced dog off-leash facility in Lake Sarah Regional Park, east of Lake Rebecca Park Reserve, is one of Three Rivers' several off-leash locations where dogs can run and play. In Bunker Hills Regional Park, the dog park is near the Compost Site. Anoka County and the cities of Coon Rapids and Andover are working together on the project.
