Birch Point Beach State Park

This dog park is a free resource for dog owners in the neighborhood. The GAHS manages the park, but users are responsible for their own behavior. We ask that all visitors adhere to the following regulations while on our property.

Bonney Park, which is located in the center of downtown Auburn (284 Main St.), was named in honor of fallen police officer Rodney "Rocky" Bonney. The Riverwalk Trail connects Bonny Park to the Lewiston Park system through the pedestrian Trestle Bridge.

The Merrymeeting Dog Park is a 1.5-acre dog park located near to the Androscoggin River Bicycle Path that allows dog owners to let their pets off leash for exercise and fun.

The City of Augusta, Maine, provides the Augusta Dog Park for public use. A group of volunteers assists in maintaining the park, raising cash for upgrades, and determining the park's future direction.

A skateboard park, an in-ground pool, benches, two swing sets, a slide, climbers, a splash pad, and two basketball courts can be found at 120 Park Street. This is the city's largest park, with plenty of open space.
