This entertainment center attracts families with sports courts, picnic tables, a playground, and a wading pool.

82. Hackett Park

This park honors the contributions of educator Dr. Frank S. Hackett and is bordered by West 254th Street, Riverdale Avenue, and the Henry Hudson Parkway (1878-1952). Hackett was born in Albany, New York, to draftsman Bartholomew and dressmaker Elizabeth Clark.

In lovely Sussex County, we offer the largest dog park in the tri-state area, which is fun for the entire family – especially your dogs – in a friendly, safe, and tranquil location. The Wantage Dog Park Board is extremely pleased of the facility that we have constructed for you and your pets - at no cost.

There are sections for little and large dogs in this off-leash park. There is water, benches, and little to no shade. The best part is that the lights are on all night, so even though it isn't technically open, I've been there as late as midnight in the winter.

This nice public park has a designated off-leash area where your pet can run and play. There is water to drink.

All dogs must be leashed. There will be an optional 3-mile walk, health stations, freebies, pet and human education, treats for all, pet guidance from Tyco, and more.
