Pere Marquette Park

There is a small dog area and a large dog area, as well as a dog drinking fountain, in the fenced-in Dog Park. During the spring and summer, the park is open; however, it is closed during the winter.

Norman F. Kruse Park is a one-mile stretch of magnificent Lake Michigan beach with breathtaking views of the lake and neighboring dunes. A stretch of the northern beach has been set aside for leashed dogs and their owners to enjoy.

Beachgoers go to this scenic, sandy shoreline because of picnic shelters, a playground, and an off-leash dog area.
