Central Park

The Missouri Department of Conservation and the City of Carthage jointly administer Kellogg Lake, a 25-acre Community Assistance Program lake.

This enclosed dog park, which features flowing water, a separate little dog section, and shade, is ideal for off-leash play. City Hall membership is required.

The Liberty Dog Park has three acres of fully fenced space for dogs to run about in, as well as a 5,400 square foot section for smaller dogs. On the east side of Liberty, the Liberty Dog Park is located in Stocksdale Park.

This is the 2. The 5-acre property is separated into three portions. Please pay attention to the signs before entering since two portions are designated for either large dogs or small dogs and are cycled on a regular basis to help conserve the turf.
