Orchard Beach State Park

A terrific place to take your four-legged pal for a lengthy walk on the beach. This beach is specifically designed for pets! You may stroll for kilometers along the shore and not see a single house.

Oak Lawn's popular Memorial Park, formerly known as Rocket Slide Park, provides plenty of recreational possibilities for the neighborhood.

It's a primitive region, but it's a nice place to get away from the summer crowds at the beaches. When travelling north of Manistee on Lakeshore Drive, you'll barely notice this area, but it's there.

H.O.P.E. Animal Shelter and the Friends of the Miners Memorial Heritage Park collaborated on the Ironwood Dog Park, which is located within the Miners Memorial Heritage Park.

The Miners Memorial Heritage Park is built on the reclaimed site of iron mines that supplied the metal for America's industrial revolution in the late 1800s and early 1900s!
