After the 1990 Lewis Homes Orchard division, this 11-acre plot was renamed Orchards Park. In honor of Robert Lewis and Lewis Homes of Nevada, the name was later changed to Lewis Family Park. The residences surrounding this community park were built by Lewis Homes, and the park opened on April 26, 1997.
