Battlefield Park

In the front, there is a children's playground, and in the middle, there is a covered picnic area. There is also a large grassy space where you may throw a ball with your dog.

Camping, fishing, and a 9-hole golf course are available at this 305-acre park with lakes, woodlands, and fields.

On the Barnett Reservoir near Ridgeland, Mississippi, a public dog park is in the planning phases.
