Woody Mountain Road is paved for the first mile and unpaved for the last three miles, however it is adequate for all cars. The Forest Service Road has a posted speed limit of 25 mph. The Flagstaff Arboretum is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
