San Juan Creek Trail

The Salt Creek Trail is a multi-use trail near Dana Point that is perfect for walking Petzooie! A parking lot with easy access to the Salt Creek Trail is shown on the map below.

There is also a small dog park available to the general public and locals. Ocean Knoll Park is another name for the park.

Laguna Niguel Pooch Park in California allows dogs to play off-leash. Doggie trash stations, wood chip ground cover, picnic tables, and a water fountain with hose are all included in this one-acre, fully fenced park.

At this coastal outdoor outlet shopping mall with more than 55 stores and cafés, dogs are welcome to walk outside. Dogs are welcome at the shopping complex, which includes pet stations and complimentary snacks from Customer Service. The Outlets at San Clemente is easily accessible from the I-5 motorway, which connects Los Angeles and San Diego.

Leashed dogs are welcome on the grounds, but must stay on the walk and away from delicate plant material. Niguel Botanical Preserve is located 18 acres above the amphitheater and children's playground in Crown Valley Park in Laguna Niguel, CA. If you have a pet, please clean up after it.

The San Clemente Pedestrian Beach Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a charity dedicated to building a statewide network of trails from abandoned rail lines and connecting corridors. This "rail-trail," which was once an underused railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in San Clemente!
