Bonney Park, which is located in the center of downtown Auburn (284 Main St.), was named in honor of fallen police officer Rodney "Rocky" Bonney. The Riverwalk Trail connects Bonny Park to the Lewiston Park system through the pedestrian Trestle Bridge.

At this tranquil park, you may rest in a distant natural setting. It's a terrific spot for families, and dogs on leashes are allowed. On weekends and other busy days, reservations are required.

Chewacla State Park in Auburn, AL, has a number of dog-friendly paths for you to enjoy with your canine companion. This park has something for everyone's hiking abilities, with loop paths that take less than 30 minutes to complete and out-and-back hikes that take more than an hour. Most park areas allow dogs as long as they are kept on a leash. For safety concerns, several bike and equestrian riding trails do not allow dogs. In stores, food service areas, bathhouses, pools, and swimming areas, dogs are not permitted. If you leave Petzooie in a car unsupervised, he may be taken away.
20. Dinius Park
Dinius Park is a 13-acre dog-friendly neighborhood park and open space in Auburn, Alabama, including a fully enclosed dog park, manicured lawns, easily accessible paved trails, a pond, and a playground for visitors and locals to enjoy. The dog park is divided into two sections, one for large dogs and the other for tiny dogs, with plenty of trees to provide shade. There are garbage cans, dog waste stations, restrooms, and seating in the park.
