Rocky River Nature Park

Here's a peek at all of Anderson's great city parks. Our mission is to enrich the lives of Anderson residents and visitors by providing safe, welcoming parks and recreation facilities, as well as a variety of recreation and activities for people of all ages to play, learn, contemplate, develop community, and be good environmental stewards.

This is a fantastic dog park in North Augusta, located just off the Greeneway. There are several sections for large and little dogs, as well as different agility structures.

A good-sized dog park. There is plenty of shade, as well as a few seats and a water bowl for dogs to drink from. There is no distinction between large and tiny dogs.

Not all dogs enjoy socialization. For your dog's safety and happiness, leave him at home if he is frightened or aggressive. Furthermore, pups and dogs who have not been socialized with other dogs may not be aware of canine body language and other warning indicators, and may unintentionally cause unwanted and/or aggressive behavior in other dogs.

The newest park in Greenwood is located at 112 Merrywood Drive. The park is unique in its history, richness of environment, and variety of activities offered. It was created for the residents of Greenwood and visitors from all over the world.
