A no-kill cat rescue called The Tenth Life is situated near Dayton, Ohio. Since our founding in 1984, we have saved hundreds of cats, the majority of which can be placed for adoption after receiving the necessary care.

The mission of Blue's Mews, a small 501(c)(3) cat rescue run entirely by volunteers, is to help cats and kittens of all ages and breeds find loving homes.

Dogs in need are rescued by Puppy Pals Rescue in Beaver Creek, Ohio, with an emphasis on petite, long-haired breeds, most notably Yorkshire Terriers.

Both cats and dogs are housed in our pet adoption center. We provide shelter, food, and medical attention for the animals we assist. Through feeding, caring for, and socializing our cats and dogs several times every day, our volunteers contribute to the cause of aiding unwanted animals. The animals are examined by a veterinarian, immunized, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. If you're interested, please visit our ADOPT link and fill out an application.
