The 501(c)3 non-profit organization Animal Relief Foundation - Aruba (ARF-Aruba) was established by concerned visitors with the goal of raising money to care for Aruba's homeless, starving, injured, ill, abused, and neglected dogs and cats.

Our oldest building was constructed in the 1930s and updated in 1965 and 1983. This facility has two kennel sections, a small animal room, and can accommodate between 100 and 150 cats and dogs.

Serving the City of Philadelphia under a contract, ACCT Philly is the leading supplier of animal care and control services in the area. In addition to services for owner surrender prevention, ACCT Philly offers adoption, foster, and volunteer programs.

Our objective is to create a peaceful and caring environment for animals while also improving people's lives via educational interactions with animals, nature, and one another.
