Paradise Garden Animal Haven

An all-volunteer, foster-based organization, Pawz and Purrz Animal Rescue, Inc., serves the Southern Tier area of New York State. Our goal is to give all animals in our care a loving temporary home while also providing them with a secure place to live, wholesome food, medical attention, and companionship.

The Bath Animal Shelter, the predecessor to the Finger Lakes SPCA, was established in 1949. As a nonprofit, the local community and individual donors support us. We provide service to the nearby communities in West/Central New York State's Steuben County.

We are a charity animal sanctuary that focuses on the treatment and adoption of our canine and feline pets.

The Chemung County SPCA was established in 1891 and is both the oldest non-profit animal protection organization in our area and one of the oldest still in operation nationwide.

16 dog runs with inside/outside access are offered at the Hornell Animal Shelter. A meeting room and a dog training room are available at the property. We offer a space for cats that is cage-free and can accommodate 12 cats.

The goal of the Schuyler and Surrounding Counties Humane Society is to provide for the rescue and welfare of dogs and cats. Our main objective is to assist animals that are homeless, unwanted, and abandoned in finding loving, permanent homes.
