We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the owned and homeless cats and dogs in our neighborhood.

Our goal is to stop the suffering of the thousands of kittens born to abandoned, homeless cats and to compassionately reduce the number of homeless animals.

Animal shelters' reliance on mass extermination to make room for more arriving dogs was first made public in Delaware's pet homelessness crisis in 2000 by a group of local animal lovers.

Programs that offer shelter and adoption for unwanted and stray animals, economical spay/neuter surgeries that minimize pet overpopulation, and low-cost veterinary care that enables pet retention bring these pillars to reality.
