Haven of the Ozarks

The headquarters of our nonprofit are in Pineville, Missouri. We cover the entire NWA and SWM. We also try to support other shelters across the country in any way we can. Our goal is to rescue, care for, and protect as many domestic and farm animals as we can.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization with offices mostly in Benton and Washington counties in NW Arkansas and McDonald and Newton counties in SW Missouri. We are a dog rescue with a foster/volunteer program.

For the past 18 years, Sheltie Shack Rescue has been extremely fortunate to be able to help rehome shelties and the rare collie.

To speak out for the welfare of animals in our community through a variety of means, such as public outreach, finding new homes for lost or abandoned pets, and creating and running a local animal shelter that will encourage finding each creature a loving home for life.

We have expanded our services to include a rehabilitation-to-adoption and sheltering program in order to better serve our community's needs for TNR services for feral cats.
