Caring Friends Cat Rescue

A privately funded organization called OC Shelter Partners is dedicated to giving good pet owners the tools they need to keep their animals out of shelters and in their homes.

For "lost" owned or stray animals, OC Animal Care offers temporary housing, medical attention, and chances for adoption.

For abandoned, abused, neglected, or unwanted animals, the Irvine Animal Care Center offers shelter, care, and enrichment. Services offered to Irvine residents include pet adoptions, events, and licensing.

By appointment only, the Newport Beach Animal Shelter provides its services, including the redemption of animals by their owners and viewing animals that are up for adoption.

Our main objective is to prevent as many animals as we can from being put to death in American shelters. Every day, more than 9000 animals are put to death, totaling more than 4 million annually.

Through canine behavior training, we rescue dogs that are going to be put down and use our 501(c)(3) rescue to rehab them and find them a forever home.
