Bergen County Animal Shelter & Adoption Center

The Bergen County SPCA is working as the Animal Cruelty Task Force, which is empowered by and directly supervised by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office to look into and prosecute allegations of animal abuse, neglect, and cruelty throughout the Count.

ARRUS Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was established with the goal of saving, fostering, and rehoming abandoned puppies. All animals, in our opinion, need to have the opportunity to lead happy lives and enrich the lives of people. Northern New Jersey's ARRUS is a foster-based rescue conducted entirely by volunteers.

The Homeless Animal Adoption League (HAAL) is a shelter in Clifton, New Jersey that only takes in homeless or abandoned cats and kittens.

A 501c3 nonprofit, charity organization called Pawsitively Furever Dog Rescue aims to preserve animals who are in danger of being put to death. In 2013, we started the rescue. Over 3,000 canines have been saved and placed in new homes since then. We rescue a range of sizes, breeds, and ages from the Tri-State Area and Southern States.

The Humane Society of Bergen County is a nonprofit 501c3 company that runs solely on donations from kind people.
