A group established in Staten Island that works to place animals in devoted homes.

To increase understanding of the value of spaying and neutering in order to control the population of stray and unwanted animals. To promote adoptions and TNR (trap, neuter, return) procedures with the main goal of giving stray and unwanted animals a second opportunity at a better life and a loving home.
