OUR MISSION IS TO HELP PETS IN NEED THROUGH MEDICAL CARE, TRAINING, AND EDUCATION, AS WELL AS TO PROMOTE THE ADOPTION OF HOMELESS ANIMALS.

The Stamford Animal Control & Care Center (SACCC), Stamford's municipal animal shelter, is supported by the Stamford Animal Shelter Alliance (SASA), a public-private partnership established by the City of Stamford.

We want to decrease the number of wild cats while also helping abandoned and adoptable kittens find loving homes. Every money donated goes directly into the upkeep and support of the cats, on which we solely rely.

All state and local animal control laws and ordinances are upheld by the Stamford Animal Control and Care division of the Stamford Police Department.

We offer more than just rescue; we provide a haven. We concentrate on the dogs that are most in need of saving, including stray animals, animals that are malnourished, injured, ill, or otherwise in need of assistance.
