Calhoun County Animal Services

Our goal is to lessen the suffering of abandoned, abused, and homeless cats and dogs in the Atlanta metropolitan region. One day, we want to be able to SAVE THEM ALL!

The purpose of the Orangeburg County Animal Control office is to safeguard the health and welfare of citizens in the communities, to educate the public on animal control-related laws, and to offer professional and efficient service.

The Animal Protection League of SC was established in 1982 and is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit, no-kill organization. Our mission has been to offer neglected and abandoned dogs and cats in the neighborhood a safe haven and to find them loving, long-term homes.

The City's animal control ordinance, which requires that all residents license their animal, is enforced by the Animal Services Division of the City of Columbia.

The goal of Animal Mission, a 501(c)(3) charity, is to remove obstacles to spay and neuter services for all local pet owners in order to address the underlying causes of shelter overcrowding and euthanasia in the Midlands of South Carolina.

The Midlands of South Carolina's Pawmetto Lifeline, originally Project Pet, was established in 1999 with the goal of establishing a No-Kill community.
