St. Martin Animal Shelter

For more than 35 years, Angel Paws has devoted all of its energy to finding homes for animals and has prevented countless others from suffering from abuse and homelessness. We give animals a second shot in life by giving them love, food, shelter, and medical care.

The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Animal Rescue Foundation of Louisiana (ARF-LA) is committed to enhancing the welfare and quality of life for Louisiana's stray dogs.

Offer public health program to guarantee that all dogs and cats living in Iberia Parish are vaccinated against rabies and registered. The program comprises enforcing the leash legislation and rabies ordinances, including animal quarantine and observation due to animal bites.

Our goal is to eliminate the practice of using euthanasia to reduce animal populations by offering affordable spay/neuter services in a humane and safe atmosphere to all pet owners and feral cat keepers.

The municipal animal shelter for Lafayette Parish's two- and four-legged residents is called the Lafayette Animal Shelter & Care Center (LASCC).
