While they search for forever homes, rescued cats can live in a loving, safe environment at Animal House.

The Humane Society of Missouri has been committed to giving animals a second opportunity since 1870. All animals in need, big and small, who have been mistreated, neglected, or abandoned, are given a safe sanctuary by us.

The organization Saving St. Louis Pets is honored to be run entirely by volunteers. Animal rescue is something that each of us is really passionate about; it is who we are.

We give stray cats and kittens veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement, giving special attention to those with specific needs. Through educational outreach, neighborhood initiatives, and cooperative partnerships, we seek to reduce needless cat euthanasia and cat homelessness.

When you are no longer able to care for your cat or cats, Clowder House Foundation, Inc. steps in. We provide a calm environment with lots of cat furniture, toys, and windows so your cat may relax. Your cat will enjoy the company of humans, music, and love every day.
