The relationship between animals, people, and the environment serves as our compass as we work to increase animal welfare through international cooperation and education for the good of all life.

Napa Humane (the Humane Society of Napa County & SPCA) is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1973.

For cat and dog adoptions in Napa County, Northern California, contact Whiskers, Tails and Ferals. Our non-profit organization, which is entirely comprised of volunteers, is having a big impact on the tragedy of pet overpopulation in the Napa Valley.

Our goal is to serve the community by offering a safe and healthy environment for the people who live here and their pets, all the while promoting animal welfare and educating people about having pets in a responsible manner.

Public access to North Bay Animal Services is now available. Every day, members of our staff provide the in-house animals with outstanding care. Our foster care program is currently active. Through in-person and online meetups, pets are adopted.

The mission of Lily's Legacy Senior Dog Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is to provide a safe and loving home for senior large breed dogs (50 pounds or more, at least 7 years old) who have been abandoned or left behind.
