Sevier County Animal Shelter

In order to maintain open kennels available for arriving canines, we regularly collaborate with neighborhood rescue organizations. In climate-controlled indoor/outdoor kennels, all of our dogs are kept. All of the animals in our kennels receive twice-daily feedings and clean water.

Up to 1,600 animals call Best Friends Animal Sanctuary their home-between-homes on any given day. From all over the nation, dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, horses, pigs, and other farm animals come here in search of a safe haven where they can find acceptance, love, and refuge.

The Iron County Animal Shelter, located at 3109 N Iron Springs Rd in Cedar City, UT 84721, is committed to rescue homeless, neglected, and abandoned animals. It is the structure that is immediately in front of the Iron County Landfill entrance.

In Beaver City, the airport road is home to an inter-local animal refuge. The county sheriff is in charge of overseeing everyday activities.
